I. General Concepts

Terms - this document governing the rules for using the Service.
Service - the nendro online platform, available at nendro.com.
Service Provider - nendro company, email: [email protected].
User - any natural or legal person who gains access to the Service and uses the available services.
Electronic Communication - all exchange of information via email and online forms available in the Service.

II. General Provisions

The Terms define the rules of operation and use of the Service, as well as the rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider arising from the use of the Service.
The subject of the Service Provider's services is making the Service's functionality available, allowing Users to learn about the offer and make contact in order to commission AI automation services.
All information published on the Service is of a general and informational nature. The Service Provider is not responsible for the way it is used.
The User bears full responsibility for using the materials available in the Service in accordance with applicable law.

III. Conditions of Use

Use of the Service is voluntary and free of charge.
Users are obligated to read the Terms and fully accept them before using the Service.
It is prohibited to use personal data obtained through the Service for marketing purposes without consent.
Technical requirements for using the Service: device with internet access, HTML5-capable web browser, JavaScript enabled.

The following actions are prohibited:

Decompiling and analyzing source code without written consent
Generating excessive server load without written consent
Detecting security vulnerabilities and server configuration without written consent
Uploading and injecting any malicious code, scripts or programs
Attempting to track or steal data of Users or the Service Provider
Interfering with the operation of the Service in a way that prevents or hinders its use

IV. Communication and Service Conditions

The Service provides a contact form enabling contact with the Service Provider.
All personal data provided in contact with the Service Provider is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the Terms.
The Service Provider undertakes to respond to contact inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

V. Data Collection About Users

For legal and security reasons and to provide services in accordance with the law, the Service collects and processes selected information about Users. Detailed information regarding the scope and method of data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.

Data collected automatically (anonymously):

IP address, browser type, screen resolution
Approximate location, subpages visited, time spent on subpages
Type of operating system, browser language, internet service provider

VI. Copyright

The owner of the Service and copyrights to its content is the Service Provider.
Based on the Copyright Act of February 4, 1994, it is prohibited to copy, reproduce or store the content and materials available in the Service without obtaining written consent from the rights holder.
All logos, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

VII. Amendments to Terms

The provisions of the Terms may be modified by the Service Provider at any time.
Changes come into force upon their publication in the Service.
Using the Service after changes to the Terms are implemented is equivalent to their full acceptance.

VIII. Final Provisions

The Service Provider strives to ensure the Service operates without interruption, but is not responsible for outages resulting from causes beyond their control, including force majeure.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the content of the Service, including its functions and content, at any time.
All disputes arising from the use of the Service will be resolved by the competent Polish court.
